Rental Policy

Clear and simple rules for daily rentals.

Mileage Rule

100km per rental dayDaily mileage limit applies to each rental day.
Extra charge for excess distanceIf exceeded, one extra daily rental fee will be charged for every additional 100km block.
Examples1-day rental with 120km = 1 extra day fee. 3-day rental with 250km = no extra charge.

Fuel & Return Rule

Full tank return requiredFuel level is checked at both pickup and return.
Meter check at handoverOdometer is verified at the start and end of the rental.
500B penaltyIf the return fuel level is insufficient, a flat 500B penalty applies.

Roadside support services are available even for customers who did not rent from MGB.

Roadside Battery Support

Battery Jump-Start / Roadside Assistance Service 1,000 THB. Available to non-rental customers as well. Areas outside greater Bangkok available by consultation.

Roadside Tire Support

Roadside Tire Inflation Service 1,000 THB. Available to non-rental customers as well. Areas outside greater Bangkok available by consultation.

Top Case Add-On

Top case on select models Top case can be added for an extra 100 THB per day on select models. Recommended for long-distance trips or extra daily storage.
