Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to reservations, inquiries, and use of the private driver, airport transfer, and chauffeur service provided through PRIVATE TRANSFER BANGKOK.

Reservation Confirmation and Contract Details

This reservation is established at the moment the Company sends a confirmation reply to the customer via the reservation form or any inquiry channel.

The contract details include the reservation date and time, pick-up and drop-off locations, vehicle type, estimated travel time, and the fee confirmed at that time.

Cancellation and Amendment Policy

Note: This provision does not apply to contracts that do not require a deposit.

Payment Terms and Additional Charges

In principle, payment shall be made in cash to the driver upon completion of the service.

The driver will issue a receipt clearly stating the total fee at the time of payment.

If you wish to use other payment methods such as Thai QR payment or cryptocurrency, please consult our staff in advance.

Vehicle and Driver Qualifications

All vehicles arranged by the Company are duly registered as public transport vehicles with the Department of Land Transport of Thailand and undergo regular inspections.

All drivers hold valid public driving licenses.

In the unlikely event that any qualification deficiency is discovered, the Company will immediately arrange a replacement vehicle and bear any additional costs.

Usage Restrictions and Prohibited Acts

Any violation will result in immediate termination of service and/or claims for additional charges or damages.

Customer Responsibilities and Obligations

The customer is obligated to use the vehicle appropriately and to comply with safety requirements during the ride.

In the event of an accident or vehicle damage, the customer must report it immediately to the driver or the Company.

Smoking or soiling the vehicle interior is prohibited, and any repair costs arising from such acts shall be borne by the customer.

Nature of the Service

The Company acts solely as an intermediary introducing driver-hire (chauffeur-driven) services.

The Company does not own, operate, or manage any vehicles and is not a carrier or transportation service provider under Thai law.

All issues arising after use shall be resolved directly between the customer and the driver, and the Company shall not intervene.

Driver Status and Responsibilities

Each driver is an independent contractor and assumes sole and full responsibility for the following:

The driver is responsible for maintaining a valid public driving license, official vehicle registration, and compulsory third-party liability insurance as required by Thai law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, death, delay, or any other claims arising from or in connection with the driver-provided transportation services.

This includes any disputes between the customer and the driver.

The customer uses the service entirely at their own risk. Any problems, claims, or liabilities occurring during the ride shall be resolved directly and exclusively between the customer and the driver.

The Company’s total liability (if any) is strictly limited to the amount of the fee actually paid by the customer for the relevant reservation.

The service is provided “as is” with no express or implied warranties regarding safety, reliability, or otherwise.

The customer is strongly encouraged to obtain separate travel insurance or personal injury insurance in addition to relying on the driver’s compulsory third-party liability insurance.

The Company reserves the right to update the contents published on its website at any time without prior notice.

Such updates shall take effect immediately upon publication.

Verification of Latest Information

Customers are kindly requested to confirm the latest information on the website prior to use.

It is the customer’s obligation and responsibility to verify the most recent information.

Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy

The Company uses customers’ personal information solely for the purposes of reservation and service provision.
